This page walks you through everything you need, in the order you need it. Start with Step 1 and go from there.
Before your intro session
Your intro is free and there's nothing to set up in advance — just make sure you can join when the time comes.
Create your parent account
Your account is your home base for everything — bookings, credits, session links, and your materials folder.

Check your confirmation email
You'll receive a booking confirmation with your session link. It comes from admin@superstudyhall.com — check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Your session link is also available anytime in your dashboard at superstudytutoring.com/log-in under Join My Session.
Join your session via Lessonspace
We use Lessonspace, a platform built for tutoring, with an interactive whiteboard and collaborative tools. No download required — it runs in your browser.
Upload any materials beforehand (optional)
Got a worksheet, assignment, or notes you'd like to work through? Upload them to your Superstudy Shared Materials Folder before the session. Photos of handouts are totally fine.
We'll share the folder with you via email. You can also find it under the Account tab of your dashboard — click Edit Profile and look for the "website" section.

Once you're ready to book ongoing sessions, here's everything you need to set up your account and make your first booking.
Choose a pricing plan
Plans are one-time credit purchases — not subscriptions. They never expire and can be used for any student or service in your household.
Each credit = 15 minutes of tutoring. A 60-minute session uses 4 credits.

Reschedule or cancel a session
You can cancel or reschedule in your dashboard. Click the "Join my Session" tab, then click the three dots to the right of the session. We also include a cancellation link in all booking alert emails. We ask that all cancellations occur more than 6 hours before the session start to avoid a charge.
Set up student accounts (optional)
You can create separate logins for your children so they book their own tutoring sessions. Their accounts link to yours, so they have access to your credits — great for independent students managing their own schedules. You can also book on their behalf from your parent account; you'll just need to manually assign the session to them.

Getting the most out of Superstudy
A few features worth knowing about once you're up and running.
Your shared materials folder
Every family has a dedicated Google Drive folder shared with their tutor. Use it to upload assignments, handouts, or any materials you want to work through. Your tutor uses it to share notes and resources back with you.
Session recordings & notes
Session notes are automatically saved within your Lessonspace meeting link after each session. If you join Lessonspace with your email address (rather than as a guest), you can log back in and access recordings and materials for up to 90 days.
Managing your credits & account
Your dashboard shows your current credit balance under My Credits. You can purchase more credits anytime. Don't forget to check your timezone setting under Join My Session so sessions display at the right local time.

Booking window
Sessions can be booked online up to 6 hours before the start time.
Last-minute requests
Need to book within 6 hours? Text 617-208-4929 or email admin@superstudyhall.com and we'll do our best.
Cancellation policy
We require 6 hours' notice to cancel. Sessions canceled after this window are charged in full.
No-show policy
Tutors wait up to 15 minutes. No-shows are charged in full.
